We’ll take care of the hosting for you. This means we handle all guest interactions both before and during their stay. We manage your rental listing on various booking sites, adjust prices based on demand, and optimize descriptions and photos as needed.
During their stay, we’ll be available to assist your tenants if they have any questions, and we’ll also be on-site if needed.
You'll get your own app where you can book the cabin for your own use.

We offer a wide range of cleaning services. We can handle everything related to rentals—we prepare the cabin (removing personal belongings), clean it, and restock it with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies.
You'll also get access to a dedicated app where you can log in and book a wash—whenever it suits you.
For rentals managed by us, cleaning is mandatory to ensure quality.

We provide everything you need—bed linens, towels, washcloths, and more—for your guests, so your personal linens are reserved for you and your family.
We also offer mattress protectors for all beds and can provide new duvets and pillows if needed.
When we do laundry, we’ll take your bedding with us to wash it, and if you’d like, we’ll have fresh bedding ready for you and your family.

Different booking sites have different fees and costs for rentals, and our revenue is calculated based on the amount you receive, not on the total price the customer pays.
The price of the sink is determined during an on-site inspection based on its size and quality, with the goal of keeping the cost low.
The rental fees for bedding, towels, etc., are listed in the price list provided upon signing the contract.
Everyone should be satisfied—that’s why all contracts have a one-month notice period, during which only existing bookings need to be taken into account. If you’re not satisfied with our services, you can cancel at any time!
