We make renting out cabins and homes easy
Our story began in Lofoten. We are three entrepreneurs who own vacation homes, and we wanted to rent them out when we weren’t using them ourselves. We quickly discovered what many others have also experienced—that renting out a property takes more time and energy than you might initially think. Everything has to run smoothly: advertising, booking, key handoffs, cleaning, and follow-up. We were looking for an easier way to do it—a solution that would give us both a clear overview and peace of mind. That’s how the idea was born.
We wanted to make it easier—for more people
We know that many people are in the same situation: they own a home or cabin that stands empty for part of the year. At the same time, we know how challenging it can be to make everything work smoothly in practice. That’s why we started with one goal—to make renting out your property simple, safe, and worry-free.
From Lofoten and beyond
What began in Lofoten has grown step by step. As time went on, we wanted to help more people, so we established ourselves in Hallingdal and Tromsø. In 2025, we took another big step and opened locations in Gudbrandsdalen, Bergen, and on Senja. It’s inspiring to be a part of so many different destinations, each with its own unique charm.
A new chapter
In 2026, we took the next step and established a presence in Spain. This marks our first venture outside Norway—and the start of an exciting international journey.
