Hallingdal Rental Hub takes care of the hosting for you. We handle the entire rental process, including preparing your home for rental and managing all customer contact throughout the process. The rental income goes directly to you.
What We Offer

We’ll take care of the hosting for you. This means we handle all guest interactions both before and during their stay. We manage your rental listing on various booking sites, adjust prices based on demand, and optimize descriptions and photos as needed.
During their stay, we’ll be available to assist your tenants if they have any questions, and we’ll also be on-site if needed.
You’ll get your own app where you can book the cabin for your own use. The revenue goes directly to you, and we invoice you in arrears for our services.

We offer a wide range of cleaning services. We can handle everything related to rentals—we prepare the cabin (removing personal belongings), clean it, and restock it with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies.
You'll also get access to a dedicated app where you can log in and book a wash—whenever it suits you.
For rentals managed by us, cleaning is mandatory to ensure quality.

We provide everything you need—bed linens, towels, washcloths, and more—for your guests, so your personal linens are reserved for you and your family.
We also offer mattress protectors for all beds and can provide new duvets and pillows if needed.
When we do laundry, we’ll take your bedding with us to wash it, and if you’d like, we’ll have fresh bedding ready for you and your family.

Mowing the lawn, installing a mailbox, taking out the trash? We also offer small maintenance services tailored to your needs. Like everything else, you can book these services through our app to make it easy for you.

In the long run, we aim to have the best selection of rental equipment in Hallingdal, but we’d also be happy to offer your own recreational equipment for rent if you’d like. If you have bicycles, sleds, skates, or similar items you’d like to rent out, we’ll take care of it and help you earn some extra passive income from your equipment when it’s not in use anyway.

We aim to offer the best prices!
We therefore have a simple pricing model in which HallingdalRentalHub takes 15% of the rental income.
Different booking sites have different fees and costs for rentals, and our revenue is calculated based on the amount you receive, not on the total price the customer pays.
The price of the sink is determined during an on-site inspection based on its size and quality, with the goal of keeping the cost low.
The rental fees for bedding, towels, etc., are listed in the price list provided upon signing the contract.
Everyone should be satisfied—that’s why all our contracts have no notice period. If you’re not satisfied with our services, you can cancel anytime!

Renting out your home provides a nice source of extra income. Through our app, you have full control over when you want to use the property yourself, while we handle the administration and actively work to market it and ensure you earn a good passive income whenever the property isn’t in use.
To get started, all you need to do is send us an email so we can go over your property and your needs. We’ll help you list your property on various booking sites. Once we’ve gone over everything, we’ll take care of the rest for you!
Hallingdal is attractive all year round, and renting out the property has the potential to cover both increased electricity and interest costs.
